Yeah, the costume is excellent.

Curiously enough, such a costume seems not unlike reconstructed ones I've seen of women's clothing from the Central-Asian steppelands from about 1000 BC back to, oh, say 3000 BC. Heck, you even have the headband! So, were this from several thousand years ago, she'd have been the wife of a nomadic chief or something of the Afanasievo or Andronovo culture (I always get the two mixed up, damn it all...).

But anyway - the ethnic costume truly adds an excellent new dimension to the TF!

Well, Russia originally grew out of Europe - remember, Moscow and St. Petersburg are in Europe. Technically, most of Russia is in Asia, but because the capital's in Europe, it's usually considered part of Europe.
