This was done in MS paint. i attempt not to use G4 Vector template and instead computer mouse drawn it instead. i tried to recall from memory what my pony oc color was. i used digital tools like Circle, line, fill, and brush. plus color choices. it turn out beautifully though. He's name is "Buko Pie" but his nickname is Arc.
