ok i basically jsut came up with the whole concept of making someithng to do with wind, water, fire, and earth so i decided to mix that concept with eyes and this is what i came up with. if you could not jsut look a it and give somefeedback since im new to usng photoshop, and actually i use Photoshop Elements 2.0 which is much easier to use then the normal photoshop, but you cant do as much as you would on regular photoshop and you cant downlad brushs or filters. LOL. please rate it and give some feedback on this deviation that took me 5 hours to do.
