For a moment there, I couldn't reattach the writing at the bottom corner. Then I realized, Paintbrush! Paintbrush can copy and paste between different pictures unlike SAI cough. And so there's the little square that proclaims the base as Lazeros'.

Anyway, this is Danny Phantom as a Dragon Booster type dragon. Don't steal the way I drew him, please, because I'm thinking of a Fanfiction... Crossovers are way too fun to write. Hehe. I was so proud of myself for the background and shadows, but then I was like, "he's glowing! Glowing = No Shadows! So I tried to cover for that because I already flattened most of the layers back into like three. That stupid spectral tail was really annoying, since I couldn't figure out my the shapes I redrew over and over didn't look right. Eventually I settled on the one you see in the picture, it isn't as bad as the others, I guess.

He is GLOWING with ECTOPLASM. XD Um... I just realized I still need some tweaks, like his symbol's supposed to be on his flank, etc. His eyes don't look correct either. I tried to make it green for his normal eyes, but also blue for his ice powers.

Didn't work out. It looks weird. Tips, anyone?
