Let's pretend it's still Halloween, ok? XD
So, she's a Halloween themed character. I created her just for fun one day a long while ago, but I couldn't exactly find the paper I drew her on.....Ok, I was too lazy to look....but I basically had her hairstyle still in my mind, so I worked from that. When I originally drew her, I had another character with her but I forgot what she looked like.

Her name is Mina (I forget the last name I wrote down for her DX. I'll find it later.) and she's a witch from Earth. She lives by herself in a small house in a forest. She's not an "evil" witch, but she's a grumpy anti-social witch. She works on potions and spells most of the time. Sometimes she likes to mess with the people in the city she lives near. XD I'm thinking of adding her somewhere in the "Season 4" of my OCs storyline so she's not just a random OC with no purpose. I do that far too often. .-.

Anyways, I hope you like her ^_^ I added green light to make it look spooky and I thought it would look cool. :3 Also, there's another lazy background..heh...
