:: Goku on the beach ::This is my entry for the contest!
I personally think this drawing is my best in my whole gallery? but of course,
goku and gohan were traced from a manga.
but i'm still pretty proud at the coloring
, it took me so long to finish! ( about 8 hours ) But that's because there are 4 characters on the pic and that's a record!
About the drawing
:- You can see goku relaxing on the beach ( Yes, in a chair XD )
he's drinking some sun lotion, poor goku....
XD- Little Gohan is in the pic, he's playing with the sand. XD
Gohan also wrote the text in the sand XD

- on the background, you can see 2 dudes talking to each other.
The dude on the left is showing off his muscles while the other one is staring at him ... thinking: ' woah ' O_O
I drew these 2 to make a beach with more ppl on it.
All my previous beach pictures had lonely backgrounds.
This one hasn't ^^

I hate to point it out but I recognize those images straight from the manga.. I know this because I own the dbz manga... but, I realize that each artist has his/her creative rights and you did color it very well.
But, I'm afraid that I am a little offended at the fact that you claim to have hand-drawn Goku and Gohan yourself.. now, you may have looked at the images and drawn them as you were studying the pictures and no one, not even myself, said it was wrong to trace.
I guess..I dunno. That style is so obviously Akira Toriyama's; that is an image of goku sitting in a chair drinking while taking a break from training with Gohan in the room of spirit and time. This scene took place when they were training for the Cell game. there's really no similarity in style between Goku and Gohan and the characters you drew in the background.
I'm not trying to pick a fight or anything stupid like that. I just want to remind you that you shouldn't be proud to claim someone else's original drawing as your own idea.
Try posting disclaimers. It gets rid of other people who may also recognize this lineart and attempt to report you. I will not be the one to make any sort of claims to the administration. I am simply giving you a heads up because I am concerned.
