I know normally Argonians donΒ΄t have hair^^.This was a sketch and I just wanted to practice a new scale technique.
Well just more or less random.

Actually, in TES Arena and Daggerfall, they had hair.

Before Skyrim they didn't ever have feathers either, so it really doesn't matter anymore at this point.
Lore gets undone and changed with every new game of the series. The creators themselves don't stick to it.
There's no sense in letting yourself be restricted by it. Whatever floats your boat as the artist is absolutely fine.
And I personally think this hair's looking great on him.
