Lucy's design inspired this character his name is Anselm and I'm going to go over him today I really hope some day some one such as can draw my character(or other oc's) in their Loud House projects or anything like that I won't push and or pressure anyone to do it I'll let them do it on their own time anyway here is his info

Bio: is a former orphan and son of a "tribe of raptors"(as he says) which is true Malia and Tali two anthropomorphic raptors that are both tribal and civilized when he is the new kid in school wo he claimes he can't "remember his past" and is creepy to the other kids at first he lives the rich life though he doesn't care about money he hates when people are being oppressed so he tries to stop it the best he can as he is also a half dragon even though others disagree with that he earns the reputation of being popular both in school and around town even though he doesn't seem like it. Even he claims he is a kaiju. He met the Loud siblings and the Casagrandes he was surprised they both had big families and lots of challenges in between.
Of course he had to earn the trust of them all there was no backing out if he accidentally made an oopsie or mistake that would challenge the friendship
Relationships with the Louds and Casagrandes
General: He likes to hang around the Loud house to feel like he's part of the family since he has 5 siblings. They like having him around and the fact that he lives right next door to them, so when they need him, they can come to him and his wild family.
Lincoln: A supportive friend and smart alec(in a kind way) and he occassionally helps out with thw family.
Lori: He acts as the feeling bear(like in SpongeBob) and he acts like he can take care of everything it may get out of control in the process
Leni: He thinks her stupidity is cute and he loves to stand up for her in each of his many sides even after he accidentally falls on her head when he jumps of a building on accident(not on purpose)
Luna: He loves rock music as much as she does he has an interest in composing music one day
Luan: He supports her comedy and tries to "not" be funny though he is bad at that
Lynn Jr: He loves to play games with her but he thinks she should dial it back
Lucy: Loves her alot and loves her dark interests
Lana: Loves animals and not afraid to get dirty
Lola: Hates her doing makeup on him
Lisa: Has a love for potions and science and tries them when her back is turned
Lily: He loves her alot but hates her diaper changes and poo poo's
Lynn Sr and Rita: BFF's with them even though they find some of his interests a little dark

Clyde: Laughs at his love for Lori even though he doesn't mind and loves talks on the walkie talkie
Bobby: Enjoys many things with Bobby(I can't list) and cracks up at his humor
