Description
The Lightning Blitz is a rather old NERF blaster from the Airjet Power line. When I got it off eBay, it shot about 15 feet. I then decided that it needed work.

All five barrels were removed and replaced with 17/32" brass tubing to get a proper air seal on the dart. The over pressure release valve was plugged so it could reach decent pressure. But still, it needed something more.

I noticed the silly ammo holder in the center of the five barrels. It's completely pointless, so I thought of ways to make it more useful. I integrated a Secret Strike Pocket Blaster (SSPB) into the blaster, and ran tubing from it into the ammo holder. I added a 17/32" brass barrel to it, capped off the end with orange plastic for cosmetic reasons, and I ended up with an extra barrel.

Not the greatest picture in the world, but I don't have access to the Nikon D40 I usually used for this kind of thing anymore.
