I like to imagine these two have some pretty sloppy makeout sessions that just devolve into cuddles. Alice may or may not be just a little touch-starved and just wants to be held by her doppelganger girlfriend. Allison is more than happy to oblige of course.

The reason Susie wants everyone to call her Alice is not only she had like a connection to the character. The only reason is her self esteem, that's why Joey use it to his advantage because to Susie Alice was like a new life to her where she's happy on bringing joy to children like Bendy. She doesn't hate Bendy, she hates the person inside the ink which is Joey. Sure she was jealous of Allison, but Susie could have help her with the role of Alice's new voice.
Alice Angel not just is an angel, she's also a demon like Bendy but a hybrid per say.

Well put! In this particular piece of art, I definitely think her being called Susie just reminds her of her past and the fact that she'll never be her old self again. Therefore, she prefers to be called Alice, because that's who she is now and she knows she'll never be Susie again.
