Ohhh, neat! I'm really liking your style of dragons. 
The background is simple, but it helps the viewer focus on the dragons, the stars of the picture! Your fire is very scribbly, but it's a new take on it, one I've never seen before. I actually like it. ^^ The steam/fog is a wonderful touch.
The concept of two elemental dragons fighting each other is absolute -love-. Even though one seems to have a type advantage, it makes me wonder how the fight will end. I'm kinda rambling here, sorry. XP

you can see it as an even fight. Ice,fog can turn to water, thus putting out the fire. It all depends how they want to win lol
