For the contest over at .For the record..I FUCKING HATE SCALES. and yet im sure ill be doing them again, because it looks better.
So many different ideas for this piece, but i finally settled on him breathing the clouds.
Its also another try on perspective and I really dont like his back foot.

AMAZED!!! The detailllssss. The detaiiilllssss! I would never have that much patience. I'd end up throwing my laptop and tablet. >_<;
The concept is absolutely terrific. I haven't seen many storm/weather dragons, so this makes me extremely happy! 
Colors are nice and stormy! I see purple which makes me think of clouds that could produce potential tornados. Horns lead to thoughts of lightning. Whiskers snow/rain/hail! In a sense, he's like a storm made into a living being, right?
