Finally! It's finished!



I had to use many layers and lots of charcoal for this one because it's rather dark. I hope you like it...

I've always been a big fan of Xena Warrior Princess, it's actually a bit strange that I haven't done more Xena drawings. Maybe there will be more of those soon!



Charcoal & pencil on drawing paper, 24 cm x 32 cm.

I followed your work-in-progress over the last couple of weeks, but I have to say that the finished article is even more impressive than I expected

Your character really comes to life with this portrait. Her posture is stern and powerful, while you captured that looking-towards-the-horizon view very effectively. The hair is flawless and the shading is as good as ever.

An instant classic. Superb work.

Me too! I still love it... I was so happy when Dutch stores started to sell all seasons of XWP on dvd. I didn't expect it, because it had not been on tv anymore for a long time here. Thanks for taking time to comment and fav!
