Description
Avryllian lounged in the shallows of her favourite bay. She came here often, to watch the stormy skies, to gaze wistfully at the stars above and sometimes to meet with Ambrosia who told her the latest news from the forests. Tonight was midsummer moon which made it more magical than normal and Ambrosia was waiting for her patiently on her favourite rock by the shore. Suddenly their conversation was interrupted by a loud splash and as she turned to look, Avryllian saw two humpbacks erupt joyously from the surface of the ocean to greet the moon.

This has been a great learning curve for me. As most of you know I've only been using photoshop for close to a year now and have learnt how to use it mainly by trial and error. I've been trying out some new techniques and had a lot of fun with this piece. It started out vastly different from what it's now evolved into and I'm pleasantly surprised. I hope you all like it too and please do full view
