Finished flat-coloured animation commission for EpsiloNaturion .IT'S FINALLY DONE YES! -_- This has taken me a week to do, I've lost count of how many hours. The runcycle was quite quick to sketch out, as it's based on canine runs with a few changes, the leap and land took a bit longer but the linework took up the bulk of the time as that tail blade is quite complicated!
Once it was all done and I was adding the spark effects from the front claws I felt is was missing something, so I added the lightning. Perhaps he's just called it down from the clouds?

alas, even though it looks ok, there are so many colours and frames that it's well above the 15kb limit even after it's been optimised.

Hm, is there any other way to reduce the file size? What if you reduced the frames to loop one run cycle? Would that work? If not it's ok

nope, still over, even when I got rid of all the running completely and just kept the jump! I'll ask around in my animator friends circles to see if anyone else has any ideas how to get the size down though.
