Description
Was messing around trying some new things out with animation, and made this as a wind study.Then a friend of mine said I could try selling it as a base.
So here it is.
- Only 30 points! Get a file including the .xcf gimp file I use for animating and the original, unwatermarked gif image to edit, modify, do whatever you want with really
Just please please please don't go claiming it as your own

Just found this while browsing so I bought and did a quick test with one of my easy OCs.

(I had to open it in gimp, then export it to a psd file so I could use it in photoshop, but it worked fine after that.)
