Very nice!  All the characters are very crisp.  That was the first word to come to mind!  The drawing is clean; nothing is exaggerated.  Well done.

Thank so much! I really enjoyed drawing this, probably because I hadn't drawn a lot of the pokemon that were in this before. I think adding that light-ish blue shading in the back and around behind the characters really made all the characters kinda pop, too.

It really did make them pop. I didn't specifically notice the shading the first time, but now that you pointed it out, I can see the effect it had on the overall image.
