For 's recycling contest. There was so much more I was going to do here, and the other bits didn't work out like I wanted.

But ... you wanna know about recycling? Ask one of these guys. They'll tell you what is and isn't recyclable, what's going to break down sooner (which is why plastic clothes but paper hat), etc.

Anyway, the breakdown is - body yarn is from a hat like this - [link] - that my cat got ahold of and destroyed for me.
Clothes are sliced-up grocery bags.
Hat- coffee filter (clean ... didn't want to worry about the grounds ... but it IS unbleached if that counts for anything)
Hair and eyes - leftover yarn from finished projects.

Does all that count as recycling? The pattern is from Crochet Me's amigurumi dude pattern ( [link] ) with dragon-wings for ears. See? I even recycled bits of pattern!
