Oh baby this is something :rainbowheartplz: I really like it when you shade. Though, I would have like it more if you went a step further and added some more layers of color for detail. I like seeing a dynamic pose from you! It makes this illustration stand out! You know that whole black vs. white space thing they taught us shines through here! It's too bad you didn't have time for a bg. I alway enjoy what designs you come up with. But hey, simplicity is usually the best route.

lol I probably should push for more colors. XD Or at least harder shading. I suppose I took it safe since my lineart took care of the darkest shades for me. Ha ha! I was actually going for simplicity overall since the plaid took a beating out of me. @_@;;;;
Oh! And it was for an art trade. : ) I don't get a lot of commissions except for volunteer work (unpaid projects/illustrations). Gotta build that rep! <3

I've found that the more loose you are with your methods the better results. The plaid for example, sometimes it's better to just do it quickly and in one go. Don't frustrate yourself with trying to get it perfect. I've struggled through perfectionism. It is a hard battle to win.
Yes, you are building that rep! You're uploading a lot and people love quantity. I am trying to do the same, but I've got another week of finals and then finally a month off. I can't wait! Then I can be as productive as you.
