I think when you submit a deviation there is a checkbox that says add watermark to picture that will but the watermark on there when you click it

Okya I found it, after you select the deviation there are two checkboxes that appear just under it it's only visible when you have selected a deviation other than that it's invisible.

Thanks the green glow was created by coloring in where the glow needed to be and then did the gaussian blur. and I'll take a look to see if I can find the watermark thing
