I didn't realize and typoed flipaclip twice. XD I actually did some inbetweens in toonboom with a brush I made that feels similar to flipaclips pencil tool. I also colored and linearted in toonboom as well. You can attain a pretty smooth lineart in flipaclip but it's very meticulous with the pen, so I usually just sketch animate in it.
Typically I export the rough animation as png sequences then add them into toonboom to clean up and finalize, although you can also do the same method in an art program as well, but it gets more meticulous.
