You have to pay real money for them. :/ Unless someone gives them to you.
That's why I made these adoptables, because I don't think I would ever buy points.
But if you did wont to get them you go to the shop button at the top and click on points.

What are the conditions for owning one?

Well the only thing that really makes it a Pumpkinhead is the gourd like head.
So if you want it to stay a Pumpkinhead then keep the head. (oh and the head is never a bright colors, it's usually the color it is now but it can be other earth tones or white)
But really you could change what you want to once you have one, you can even change what spices it is if you would like.

Yes but I am glad I did because I am the same way.
I don't think I could adopt something unless I could make it my own.
It would just be weird to me, not having a character that I made or at least one that didn't have something that came from me.
