Messing around with two new art programs I have, one to replace MSPaint, and the other lets me animate my .gifs, this is the first result of my tinkering.Edit: anyone that wants to know what I used, here are the links:

Just make sure you save every frame that you use as a .gif, it will compile them together into an animated one, frame by frame.

It's freeware, just drag and drop consecutive .gif files into the main screen, then hit "make animated gif" You have to make each frame by hand though.
