My advice from me to you: Never ever proceed to shade a drawing before being completely satisfied with the features first! As you might guess, I didn't do so, and spent hours on this, fixing, erasing, shading, fixing and erasing only to end up semi-satisfied with the result.

I can say I'm happy because I challenged myself to finish and never quit (not trying to sound dramatic or anything: sometimes I was on the verge of crying and tear it apart) But I finished at least. Hope you like it

Everything you draw is so good that it looks like a black and white photograph.

You are amazing! I love the even-ness of the tones of her skin, the bg, and her shirt. The shine and shadows are always in the right spots.

After reading [link] I decided to not anything without telling the artist why I liked it from now on
Can't believe no one has commented on this yet, its great! Love the shading of her face and the hair is amazingly good!
The only thing I see that looks a bit off is that she looks a bit too thin on her right side (beneath the arm) but that might just be me
Amazing drawing none the less! Good luck in the contest!

I don't feel bad or anything, I will continue making things for myself and to whoever appreciates my stuff I will be very grateful!

About the critique, I'm not very sure about that , maybe we have different perceptions.. I do know there are mistakes in other places, but I'm overall satisfied. Thanks!
