Description I originally made these werewolf drawings for a dear friend as a birthday gift--this is number one of three.
I made this a loooong time ago--started the work in October 2000 and finished in early January 2001, just in time for his birthday. At the time, I was plenty proud of this piece...even to this day, I love the expression on the face of the beast. He is genuinely pissed off.
This is 8"x11" and done with pencils.

NOTE: THE SCANNER MADE IT LIGHT, NOT MY PENCIL WORK. IT IS REALLY DARK IN REAL LIFE, BUT I CAN'T FIX SCANNERS.

I'm really amazed this is just pencil. It looks like a digital piece in parts, thats some talent you have There's a good knowledge of the organic form there too.

i really like the whole peice in general. i cant pinpoint anything in particular cuz its all really great. same as the rest of your stuff as well.

Well sh**. Seriously, I love this picture, it looks so damn realistic but what caught my eye the most was the expression, claws and the lighting. The fur looks like it took you AGES just to do it so awesome. ;_;

Yeah, the fur was a little complicated. I wish the scanner would have caught the pencil better--scanners HATE pencils, ya know. I have not seen the original copy of this drawing in 7 years, sheesh...*cries*

the werewolf..seems as if it would grip on my throat n tear it now only...hehe...
too awesum..than tht dragon....i shud say!!!

u got quite cool skills....but....one year for drawing this?? man.........mine is most of...only 2 to 3 hrs long...works......

wel....but...it never aint this cool as this....man!!!

Haha no, it took around a couple months, hehe! And I wasn't working EVERY DAY on it...but it was pretty time-consuming.
