That would be why this dress was looking so familiar when I decided to just google that after commenting. That's so cool honestly. The designs on them are extravagant without being overly busy and messy.
This reminds me when I was talking to someone from the Virgin Islands a few months ago and learned a bunch of cool things about their culture there. Reminded me because their attire was brought up and I remember being impressed by that too.
