Hmm very creative. I heard from previous comments you are working on muscle, eh? May I suggest a book called DragonArt. It has spiffy pictures and the text is quite humerous. It is a how-to-draw book, but I'm not saying you need one. It has a picture of both a dragon skeleton and what it looks like with muscle, so you could check it out if you wanted. And the book Dragonology does, also. Hey you want to get as much info as you possibly can, right?

ur welcome! the DragonArt book cost about $10 dollars if i remember correctly and i got it at A.C. Moore. it has a nice little section about wing placement, how big it should be to make the dragon look like it can actually fly, and more. the Dragonology book even shows you what the inside of a dragon egg looks like while the dragon inside is developing!

Best of luck, and remember; the wing muscles must be well developed in order to fly, which means you may have to sacrifice the arms, but if you can find a way to make it work, more power to you.
