I know. He would have been a great choice in Brawl, but they didn't even bother putting him in. Besides, once they do a new Smash Bros. game in the near future, we'll get some of the characters that we would have wanted to see playable since Brawl which are Krystal, Mega Man and other characters such as Leon S. Kennedy or Simon Belmont. Don't you agree? ^^

Yep. Megaman would have turned into different armors for his specials. His Up-B would be turning into Shadow Armor and throwing glowing shuriken, rising with each throw. His Side-B would be Falcon Armor.

That could work. His Final Smash attack could consist of using his Ultimate Armor and unleash its attack on his opponents. What do you think? ^^
