Nice work on making the colour shifts soft on the pic, and the texture and feel to the wings is much softer than what is usually found for a dragon. The medium-blue scales on the sides of the dragon's throat adds some softness to the dragon's design (perhaps in how it makes for a nice middle step between the colour differenecs of the neck and the throat).
