Thank you muchly ^^ I used oekaki -a free online program. Whilst it does not have standard save features and can have errors if you work too long on a piece, I like the tools and have become accustomed to them :3

Well, I can't just 'give a link' since individual websites host the program -anyone can download and host it. I have my own, but it's for more advanced oekaki users, so I'd suggest [link] or [link] to start off. It works similarly to Photoshop, although much less advanced.

Yes, it works in a similar way to a forum. It's online and uses Java.
