"Great legendary Pelabynn, the Voice of the Ancient Seas. Here the song it plays is not of its watery home, but of a cold vendetta on the world. This specimen's body is nearly hollowed out, acting as a giant wind tunnel for its voice. As sound travels from its tail to its mouth, it explodes into a massive blizzard upon exiting. This slim frame is also built for fast travel tunneling below the frozen earth, allowing Rakyubyn to easily disappear from one location and reappear in the next. The ice covering its body cannot be melted by normal means, and for the most part is indestructible. In fact, the shape of its ice armor becomes even more jagged as its anger builds."
