Ok technically all Pokemon would be new forms for the Omnitrix, well a good chunk anyway since most pokemon are on the sentient level of thought and the Onitrix will only download the "Higher" Life forms from my knowledge. Granted seeing that the original was a technological Noah's Ark I think it would gather other level DNA but lock out that from selection on minds of more complex thought. I mean Dogs are semisentient at worst but humanthinking is more complex than a dog's typically need to do I.E. Mathematical solving, Dogs don't need to know much more than two plus two afterall numbers mean something else to them than anyone capable of doing E=MC2 level math and even my brain can do that given enough time (Math calculation on my own has never been terribly good I understand basic Algebra but basic stuff, I could take a day to solve that at the moment too as I don't do math in my head as exercise I play games as that sharpens my brain and reflexs, or just be creative keep the mind active it will go far) so only Azimuth knows for sure in one timeline anyway.
