The biggest one is named Ddangkkoma, the crimson one is Ddangkkoming , and the smallest one is called Ddangkkomaeng. Oh, and his stage name (Yesung, doh ♥ means "art-like voice". Which he has. He also has a few nicknames (that I wasn't aware of, actually), Cloud, Dog (because of the zodiac sign) and Rabid Dog, which is a name that Heechul gave him.
