forged from black oak,over the dieng flames of a Raging forest fire by the fabled "Blackwood knight",this fearfull halberd embodies the vengefull spirits of all the plants and wildlife slain by the fire.

whenever fire magic is cast apon it,it lets loose a furious tempest of thorn,spine,fang and claw!

made exclusively for AngelSockII
...i know you wanted a regular halberd,but when i envisioned it as a Dire Halberd,I thot you would really like it.

prerequisite: can only be wielded by a 17th lv. druid
Chance to hit +2
critical range: 17-20 X3
base Damage: 3 d12 (Piercing)

special properties:

1. Ignores magical armor
2. whenever a Spell that does fire damage is casted within a 50 ft. radius of the wielder the weapon goes into its "Fury" mode for 1 d10 rounds,during this time gaining the following benefits.

1. the wielder is immune to fire damage
2. Wildwood Fury gains a +3 attack bonus an an extra d12 of base damage
3.when the wielder scores a critical hit on an enemy,roll a D6,a spell will automatically be casted based on the result rolled:

1 Target enemy is polymorphed into a small animal,and is inflicted with supernatural fear for 3 rounds

2 a spell of wall of thorns is casted centered on a target enemy,as a 20th level druid spell,in addition the spell has the benefit of ghost touch.

3 a spell of earthquake is casted as a 10th level druid spell

4 target enemy is silenced,confused,poisoned and diseased. for 3 rounds

5 3 Dire tigers are summoned to fight for you.

6. target enemy's HP is halved.
