I can't confirm or deny, since I don't have Fallout 4. It is, however, better than Fallout 3. And I like it better than Skyrim.
So here is the biggest and baddest badass of the Mojave: The Goddamn Mail(wo)man. Her name's Tess. And her team of luckily not radiated Pokémon: Yes-Man the Pokédex Rotom, Mr.House the Persian, Lee Oliver the Ursaring, Caesar the Tauros, ED-E the Magnemite and Rawr the Garchomp.

the worst part of catching a legendary or really powerful Pokémon is, most take FOREVER to level up, I have a Garchomp on my main game team that I want to get to at least level 60, I'll be 60 by the time it reaches level 60 from the looks of things
