Urahara Kisuke.I wanted to use a Dragon, because they are the symbol of Power and Wisdom. But I had to draw him a bit different from those teeth-baring evil Hollows. So now he looks more like a cartoon. But I love him anyways.
Besides, those things at the side of his head that look like a mustache are tusks growing upwards from his upper jaw.
