You walked down the hallway of your school. Filled thick with kids of all sizes. Some noticeable, and some not so noticeable. You were one of the not so noticeable ones.
Your name is (first name), (last name) and you are kind of a loner here at this school. You had friends, yes. Though, none of them would actually come over your house and what not. Except one really. To tell you the truth, you didn’t really want them to anyway. Your room was always a mess from the cosplays, drawing supplies, and just a load of crap that was always on the floor or your desk. You also tend to adore your privacy. Those are the main reasons.
Anyway, back to what I was saying. You were walking down the hallway in your black coat, (type of jeans) jeans, and converse with your backpack on your back. You glance to your right as you walk by and see one of your friends. Wait… scratch that. Your best friend. Nepeta Lejion. She has been there for you thick and thin, and offered you any advice, and offered to have multiple feelings jams. And you have done the same in return. Nepeta puts on a big smiles squealing, “ (Name)! (Name)! I thought of some more purrfect ships!”
You smirked at her use of cat puns and her typical shipping routine. She had always had a strange attraction towards cats ever since she was little. You both would play games on how many, and how long you could use puns that had something to do with your favorite animal. You chose dogs (because that’s a usual 1st grade favorite animal) and hers was obviously cats. She has never really stopped using them. If she still thinks this is a game… then she is a god for keeping it up for that long without losing. You use your dog puns once and a while though.
You chuckled and sighed jokingly, “ What is it this time?”
Nepeta just squealed again and asked,” You know that one kid named Eridan?”
Oh yes… you knew Eridan too well… he was very irritating but you seemed to be able to put up with him… he seemed very nice to you though. So of course, you were kind back.
“Yeah.” You answered
“You know that nice girl Feferi?!,” she asked rather loudly unable to contain her excitement.
“Oh my gosh Catnep… I guess it would work… but you know me. The queen of gay ships.” You said flipping your hair in a dramatic way.
Nepeta giggled and said,” Yes I know. You make purrfect gay ships.”
“You know it girl.”
~1st Period~
You sat down at your desk a few minutes before class. You got out all the necessary equipment for class, and waited for the bell to ring. Though, you saw someone walk in.
His name was Sollux Captor. He was a really nice guy to you. He was pretty cute too.
He walked over to his desk, seeming rather out of it and sat down. He then noticed you and put on that small cute smile he usually put on when he talked to you, and usually other girls as well.
“Hey (Name) What’th up?” he asked.
“Nothin’ much thup munch. Just waiting for class,” you replied. You and Sollux tend to call each other the weirdest names ever. Though… they seem to fit unexpectedly well.
He laughes slightly at the name.
“Good one thlurp muffin.”
You laughed especially hard at that one. You had the stupidest laugh, and you began to feel a little embarrasses for laughing so hard.
He smiles and he starts to laugh too, and this soon turns into a weird laugh fit between the two of you. He calms down first and says a little too casually,
“Oh haha you’re tho cute when you laugh like that!” he says still giggling like an idiot.
A blush creeps up on your cheeks, and thank god the bell rang at that exact moment or things would’ve been VERY awkward…
The teacher started ranting on about the lesson, but you couldn’t help but keep thinking about what he said.
