Yes, Raegal can become a Lucario. Why? Because I can draw Lucario. :3 That's all the logic there is to that little trick. (HE'S A BOGGART, YOU SILLY SILLY PERSON!)

As to the origins of the black spot? Probably a crumb or something getting ker-spatificated onto the page and then me trying to remove it with my pencil.

I dig those things :3 They amuse me.

Although, to be honest... I dun like the whole "LUCARIO WEARS PANTS" thing. Especially since his tail is directly connected to the baggy-ass muscles of his thighs. I can't explain how or why they look that way, but I honestly doubt that those are pants :3 It's just how Nintendo does things. We're talking about people who make turtles who fly and mushrooms that make you grow. You don't explain that with REAL logic.

But enough about Lucario, this is about Raegal and his fun adventures in space-land where he and his good friend Dragon Man (who has a real name now, but DM is just his alias in his field of expertise) go hunting for legendary artifacts across the universe (well.... as far across as they CAN go... the Universe is fecking huge.)

You may either see a story about that, or possibly a comic if I can acquire the proper tools. ENJOY, YOU GRATEFUL HAPPY BASTARDS!
