K'shaan the Blue used to collect gold and treasure like most other dragons, However after making a journey to find treasure in an abandoned castle, the only thing she found was a single velvet pillow. With a sigh she clutched it in her talons and began the long flight back to her cave. Upon her return, she saw that every last coin, every last ruby and diamond were gone.

Whether stolen by humans, dwarves, elves, another dragon, or unknown entities, she could not discern what had happened. Throwing down the velvet pillow she searched everywhere she could think of, but for naught. After returning weeks later, the velvet pillow was still there. She decided to begin her hoard anew, and with the pillow she started a new quest- to have the comfiest hoard of all dragons!

Every time she found a velvet, satin, silk or otherwise fancy pillow, she brought it back to her cave to add to the burgeoning hoard. It was so much more relaxing to lay on at the end of a long day than a pile of metal and stones anyway.
