Description
A picture of Miles "Tails" Prower ((Sega)); done in the traditional style, using Prisma Color Pencils. It has been awhile since I've done Tails using them, so I gave it another shot.
I went for Tails in his Turbo Tails style, with his red cape. It always reminded me of a super hero, so I went for a super hero style pose. Tails, our pure heart hero, gazing over the land he protects!
Go Tails! You will make a great hero! Our Golden Wonder, our light in the darkness, and true hero to the end!

I suppose to be a cape. XD I was trying to go for Turbo Tails. His Turbo Tails design reminds me of the old Super Heroes like Superman. So I did one of them old heroic poses, to try something a bit different. Also pulled out the prisma colors for that one. X3
I find it takes me shorter to do it by pencil now then using GIMP, as I do allot more detail in the coloring now.

You did one of Mirage not to long go...for one of your art classes if I remember right. I forgot the name of the project...but I believe you used marker and pencil for that.

Yes, for Modern art history, it was copying Art Nouveau. This one, it came out so nice and I got an "A" on it. [link]

Yep, he certainly showed he could take care of himself... playable character in Sonic 2 and 3; aspiring hero in Sonic Adventure DX; assistant hero in Sonic Adventure 2... demoted to sidekick again since...
He needs more spotlight. It's only since Sonic Colours and Generations, he started growing a snarky sense of humour and being Sonic's brain...

Yeah, and just becasue he smart does not mean he should be weak, that very stereotyping. I mean look at Gohan, or Indiana Jones...examples of those that are smart, but can fight and defend themselves.

Yup, that's true... I do show Tails as a bit more active myself, in my own Flash movies - well, he is my favourite character, so Sonic often has to deal with that in my fan-works, while still being the hero himself.

Yeah, that is true. XD With a cape comes great responsibility for the one wearing it. They need to be careful. Still they do help give that heroic feel to them.
