Description
This one was a result of playing around with mixed media and the colors, and was inspired by one of the covers of a volume of the "Return to Labyrinth" manga series. I loved Labyrinth as a movie, and I really want to read the mangas, so I looked them up and saw this amazing design on one of them.
The coloring is done in colored pencils(some very different and specific ones, but not of a notable brand) and the background was done with watercolor. I also used white acrylic paint to dot little bits here and there to makes the gems shimmer.
I modeled Luke to look like the Goblin King, and myself to look like Sarah.
