Powers: Standard Powers, wields special ghost hunting weaponry
Nobody is a ghostly vigilante out to punish his own kind for their misdeeds. After Vlad Plasmius attacked the ghost zone during his insanity outburst, he injured a guard of the Observants, who ended up getting his faced ruined. Afterwards, he cut all ties to them and decided to battle his fellow ghosts his own way... with no mercy.
Powers
Aside from standard powers, Nobody wields advanced technology of the Observants. This includes a staff that can become a weapon of his choosing (Scythe, Axe, Spear, etc... ) He also has disks that can become energy nets that capture ghosts, small ecto-bombs and glowing shurikens.

There's a lot of character who acted like Nobody : in the Spider-Man comics, even Venom sometimes fight crimes using more violent ways than Spider-man and considering himself as more effective (but I guess Haunting isn't like him for that...). However, it was still a good idea to create such an ennemy to Danny...

Cool! Looks like Skulker's got a worthy and dangerous opponent. He looks kinda like a Stormtrooper. There is a superhero called Nobody in the 2003 Ninja Turtles cartoon and the original comic books.
