Wow. I am sooooo sorry this is super late, Glory! But I hope you like it! XDI looooove the pose, and of course, there is only one person to credit for that!! Sakky at *SenshiStock ~<3 Much love to her and inspiring me to get my but in gear! <33
Anyway, this took me a while, mostly because I accidently - in a completely blonde moment - lost the first version I did. That's okay though, because this one looks TEN TIMES better than the other one I was attempting to make look good! XD
I love the way Sailor Libra's face turned out. And Glory, I'm sorry if her eyes are too bright, I realised that they were darker blue in the reference image!
Lineart: 2 hours {not including the 2 hours on the first version...}

I don't eaven know what is with the face, it so good. There is something great about that shadowing and make up
It seems that you gaved a lots of attetntion to head, maybe too much comparing to the body. But i must admit: the head looks great. especially face and hair.

I really love the varying width of the lines in the line art and the way you colored the shiny metallic bits. I also like how you used purple for the shadows in some places. The only thing I would suggest is to use more contrast. The shadows (except those on the hair) are very pale and dull and can hardly be seen in some places. It's a lovely drawing, and I'm sure Glory loved it!

Thank you Circle! XD I will try out using more contrast with my shading. I normally do the cell-style so it's heavily contrasted, I went for a lighter shading, but you're right, it's too light in areas!

Just one suggestion though: There are some folds missing. The only folds you dew are all vertical, but to make the cloth come to life you need some horizontal ones, too! Especially around the hips and belly.
I don't know whether it was a conscious choice or not, but there it is. Hope you don't mind.

Yeah, I kinda gave up on the folds because they were pissing me off! XD
LOL I know I'm missing some realistic folds in there, maybe I'll fix 'em, but I dicked around with those folds for AGES, so I'm not touching it right now! XD

I hate folds, too. But I found the smudge tool to be tremendously helpful with folds! If you haven't tried, I suggest you do!
