I love your color use and how you broke up the space with it.

Actually! I'm doing Artslam again this year, and I'm going to work up to doing a comic! I just have to real quick decide if I want serious or silly.

I will be looking forward to your work on any personal comic, your creatures and characters you've come up with over the years really do need stories. So charismatic and interesting, do want to see more.
I myself can not wait until the finances are a little more stable and I can get Illustrator. Its been driving me nuts, but at the same time the break has helped me take a step back and look at my projects with a fresh mind. I think I might even put aside what I was working on for a while β let the storyline and ideas I was coming up for it marinate for a while. And its kinda hard to work on it after being mentally constipated while unable to work on it for so long.
When I do get things settled, I was thinking it might be better to start fresh with one of my other ideas.
I must thank you for the program you did give me, I practice when I have time.
I like the chance to get better at digital painterly stuff. Iβm good at traditional media in that sense, but not digital. I have nothing I am proud enough to show yet lol, but if I get good enough - I was thinking of trying to incorporate it into some of my comic styles for future stories. I think the comics with painterly backgrounds are preeeetty.
But weβll see. Having at least something to computer art on has kept me from going completely crazy while I wait.
And for that, I can not thank you enough. <3 <3 <3

YAY FOR COMICS! I'm more of a writer than an artist, but somehow came to hate nanowrimo and everything it stands for so I do artistic challenges instead. I've thought of doing comic stuff before as well, but I need to work on my ability to reproduce characters and integrate them with good backgrounds before I tackle something like that.
Totally looking forward to your stuff too! :'D Let the awesome commence!

Yeah pretty much. xD I did it last year- for about two months I spammed everyone here with Telaun worldbuilding stuff.
Oh hey, yeah! It had completely slipped my mind after so long. You did send it, and I got it, and I read it! xD It's certainly an interesting take on Jack and the Beanstalk- I don't think I've ever come across Jack portrayed that way before! Did you decide not to include the goose and the harp? Though, I suppose the dwarves could double as the goose for Sylvia.

I'm glad~! I'm sure there is a goose and a harp in the giant's castle. Jack was to high and to loud to ever get in, and the giant is now dead.... soooo... We will never know. Also I kinda forgot them.

Roughly the same thing, only I'm going to actually try and build a character base out of that stuff and create a short term comic. So, no world building, but character building!
With the way the story was going, I sort of expected the Harp to be like... a singing hooker or something. xD Haha, the dwarves work triple shift! Nice.
