Description Happy 60th Mam!

This was the dessert for my Mothers 60th birthday and retirement party.

We went to the Thai Elephant restarant near my home and about 25 of us had a wonderful meal.

This was the dessert!

Raspberry cake with fruity raspberry conserve, wrapped with French chocolate and served with white chocolate dipped strawberries.

No a particularly unusual cake or anything, but it was for my Mam!

The cake is beautiful and lipsmacking!!!
But if you present me a cake like this, i wont feel like eating at all... I dont want to destroy this beauty queen!!!
I would rather just watch it without eating...
