This commander, he’s the Commander of the Legionary Army, Vail Thornton, like the rest of humans, he did not trusted anthropomorphic animals, even in Los Angeles where the Bad Guys are, he finds them a freaks and a threat to the humans society. And yet, he has a daughter to take care of after the accident of his wife, she’s all he has life, and with the army he commands to destroy those who threaten, he wishes it these anthropomorphic animals, for he will take charges if the Bad Guys makes a move stealing, he didn’t believe Redemption, for its only fools who believes Redemption.
