For he discovered a material something extremely rare, a material that’s hidden within the earth, known as Anti-Quirkranium, a perfect way to rid the Quirks Users, for anything They attack using, only deactivated temporarily one second, but now using to create robotic androids of human weapons, Quirk-Destroyers, for he’ll rid all the Quirk users and the villains side the same, all will die and humanity shall live.
