I had a lot of fun doing it. I think about quarter of my pokemon have them.And my wife has about half of them. lol

If you have the heartgold/soulsilver game book it will show you.Basically you have to take your pokemon and go on 6 different route and you take your pokemon in the grass to play with them and make them super happy then they should find ther first gold leaf.You have to find 6 gold leaves and every pokemon goes by there nature of what hey are.If you don't have the book check out www.serebii.net and they everything you need to know about all the pokemon games.
