Another shot of our dearest Loki.
This is that other crayon drawing I mentioned, and I'm really pleased with how it came out. (Shading and coloring heads realistically is terrifying!)
Once again I probably went overboard with the blush, but I reeeaalllyy love blush so u///u
Also, look at his ear! It actually kinda looks like an ear. ;u;

This one required a lot of editing because, similar to colored pencils, crayon drawings look really grainy when scanned. I figured out a new way to fix it though, and was able to remove lots of white specks from his hair, eyes and clothing. It looks 1000% better now!

Weirdly enough I had a lot of trouble shading his hair, because I wanted to be a little more realistic than usual; unfortunately this caused me to mess up a little with the highlights OTL
It's a scary thing to mess up on something that you know you're good at; whenever I draw Loki I color his hair last, because it's the one part I know I won't have a problem with. Before then I'll usually just lightly sketch it out, partially so that he isn't bald but mostly so that I can remember which version of him I'm drawing.

Speaking of different cinematic Lokis, this one (from Thor) is definitely my favorite. Ahhh I just wanna give him a hug ;n;
(also his collar is cool mm hmm)
My parents are both doing stuff (work, et cetera) today and my sister's gone to camp, so I'll be alone for a few hours. My grandma's coming over tonight to keep me (or for me to keep her?) company, and we'll buy dinner, probably from Panda Express. She's never seen Thor apparently, and I've been itching to rewatch it, so I'm gonna watch it again toniiiight. x3 Gosh I love that movie fjdsaljfsl

I keep forgetting that I own the art book for The Avengers; it actually has some really good reference pictures in it. The first couple pages of Loki's section (starting page 52) have screenshots from Thor, and the first one, a shot of him and the Casket, was a big help with getting the upper part of his clothing correct.

What bothers me greatly about this piece is that his eyes and facial expression are eerily reminiscient of ~AndytheLemon 's work. Of course she's a lovely artist and person, but gosh, I just really hate it when my art looks like someone else's >_<
Oh well. I really like this anyway. :3

I'm asking for critique on this one because I just about colored my heart out, though I'm trying to cut back on asking for critiques in general because I've been abusing the privilege. |D
