Moshi Moshi

This is one of (whistle, (actually, I'm unable to whistle), a large amount of posts about some of the special items I've thought up for of breath of the wild 2.

A blighted magical staff.

There are wide variety of these magical instruments, unfortunately many of them have been lost to history.

And with the ones that survive, have become incredibly corrupted from being used by most demonic of magic users.

Don't expect to be able to use any spells with these magic staffs, because make your magic meter unusable, make you vulnerable to any elemental attack (regardless of any protective elemental armor), and draw any magical attacks towards Link.

To fix this, you need sacred water for transporting to a fairy fountain or Hylia statue to perform a purification ceremony.

Magic can be created with a careful balance, which is why Amber and desk relics are required.

While star fragments possess the elements required to grant an individual access to magical energies that these mystic provide to their users.
